You may be able to get up to 5 payments to help with the cost of living if you’re getting certain benefits or tax credits.
You do not need to apply. If you’re eligible, you’ll be paid automatically in the same way you usually get your benefit or tax credits. This includes if you’re found to be eligible at a later date.

Although, the DWP has warned that only "a small number" will be paid on the 8th, with "numbers increasing significantly" from November 9 onwards.
The deadline for most payments to be made is November 23, The Chronicle reported. It is thought that families in receipt of Tax Credits and other eligible legacy benefits will get their money from November 23-30.
